Located at an elevation of 2590 m, Tiger Hill is one of the most popular tourist sites of Darjeeling that welcomes a huge number of tourists throughout the year. The place is popular for offering one of the best views of Mt Kanchenjunga and its nearby snowcapped mountains. Tourists also travel to Tiger early in the morning to witness the majestic moment of the sun rising behind the majestic Himalayas that produces golden lights on the mountains.
